  Rich oak, Madagascan vanilla and Malted Milk biscuits smothered with red fruit compote

• Palate

  Oily, thick maple syrup, custard creams and maraschino cherry. Rye spiciness with a touch of green pepper  

• Finish

  Sweet cookie dough, the rye spices and vanilla remain followed by a long finish with hints of habanero
